Summer is looking soo great!
unfortunately I wasn't very productive art-wise... except one shoot with the Zorki... which I still have to develop.

2008!!!!!! where has the first quarter gone????? too fast!!!!!

I've recently got hold of a Zorki 4K... that's a Russian camera from 1974... the rangefinder and FULLY manual controls is really helping me think about every individual photo I take.

there's no: see - shoot - look at LCD - shoot again - look at LCD - shoot yet again

It's more like: see - imagine photo - set aperture - choose exposure - set shutter speed - look in view finder - compose - focus (this is tough!) - wait for that perfect moment - shoot - move film one frame forward.

... every frame is precious!

still need to develop the first test film I took... we'll see how it turns out.

... and the reaction on the face of people as I take this heavy, old, film camera out of it's leather case!!! ... priceless!!
